 Green Wash is a soft washing additive for use on organic staining such as mold, mildew, bacteria and algae growth. Green Wash is meant to be used in conjunction with bleach and water to make a soft washing solution that can be applied to most surfaces. Green Wash surfactant contains a catalyst that interacts with the bleach allowing the cleaning effect to be greater at a lower overall concentration. 

 Terra Wash is a soft washing additive for use on non-organic staining such as dust, mineral soiling, grease, and other items such as insect nests and spider webs. Terra Wash is meant to be used in conjunction with bleach and water to make a soft washing solution that can be applied to most surfaces. 

 Final Wash is a heavy waxing finishing soap that neutralizes the caustic effects of bleach based cleaners. Final Wash can be used on a multitude of different surfaces including vinyl siding, metal roofing, windows and any surface where a glossy finish is required. 

 Rain Fresh is a bleach safe soft washing scent that can be used to cover the unpleasant smell of bleach-based cleaners. Rain Fresh is completely safe to add into your soft washing solution. It can be mixed with any surfactant that SoftWash Systems manufactures including Green Wash, Terra Wash, and Wood Wash to make the cleaning process more pleasant for the client. 

 Restore is a four-fold product that neutralizes the caustic effect of bleach from cleaning, moisturizes, and conditions the surface, and it contains a UV inhibitor with an antimicrobial element to protect from future damaging elements. 

 Plant Wash was designed to reduce the damage to plants associated with caustic cleaners like sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide. Plant Wash attacks these issues in four ways:

1. It neutralizes the caustic cleaners;
2. Liquid fertilizes the plant through their leaves;
3. It coats the leaves with a buffer­ing agent;
4. It adds back vital nutrients at the base of the plants, helping beneficial bacteria repop­ulate the soil.

Along with thorough rinsing with clean water before, during, and after the cleaning, Plant Wash is used as a final rinse to make absolutely sure every step has been taken to protect the customer’s landscape.
